It’s not the first time she tried to get out of paying her bills, and now Lindsay Lohan is facing a lawsuit from one of her favorite retail therapy outlets.

Tough as Nails boutique has filed papers with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in an attempt to recover over $16,000 of unpaid shopping bills.

According to the plaintiff, LiLo shopped freely from November 2009 until February 2010 and told the store owners that her business manager would take care of the tab.

Unfortunately, Lohan’s people only paid $180 towards the $17,000+ bill she’d run up, and the Tough as Nails owners are saying enough is enough.

The late Coleman’s attorney, Randy Kester, says Price was often abusive toward him, calling him “stupid” and making comments about his height.

In an exclusive video interview with Radar Online, Kester also said, “Shannon would demean him and say very personal things about him in public… she would frequently call him stupid.”

Furthermore, Randy added that the couple did not sleep together and had separate bedrooms in their Santaquin, Utah, home, at the end of Coleman’s life.

It’s been rumored for a few weeks, and now it is being reported that Jesse James is moving to Austin, Texas for good.

According to Us Magazine, during a custody hearing on Friday (June 18) in Orange County, CA, James’ attorney John Schilling confirmed that he is permanently moving to Austin “at the end of the month.”

Schilling said the move was “needed to handle business matters and other personal matters.”

Ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, owns a home in Austin, as well, and splits her time between there and her other homes in Los Angeles and New Orleans.

Finished up with her New Year’s/birthday getaway,  Elin Nordegren has reportedly made the long overseas flight back to the States to be with her children.

The wife of golf great Tiger Woods spent the past week with her twin sister and a group of friends in the ski resort town of Chamonix, France.

“Elin wanted to take her family and close friends away from the minefield Tiger has created by his behavior,” an insider told the Sun. “She has been absolutely torn to pieces by what he has done to her. But she still sees a future with Tiger because of the beautiful children they have.”

The source adds of the trip, “She told him she needed a lengthy time apart to reflect on how they might possibly salvage the marriage.”

Meanwhile, recent rumors have now placed Tiger holed up in the Trump International Hotel in New York City – although these reports are yet to be confirmed or denied.

Their marriage definitely took a turn for the worse on Christmas day, but it is now being reported that both Charlie Sheen and  Brooke Mueller want to patch things up.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Hot Shots” actor was arrested on December 25 after threatening to kill Mueller and holding a knife to her throat.

According to Sheen’s lawyer, Richard Cummins, both parties want work it out and Charlie is asking to amend a restraining order that prevents the pair from communicating.

Meanwhile, Brooke’s attorney, Yale Galanter chalks the dispute up “as one really bad night” telling TMZ that Mueller in no way concocted or exaggerated her story of Sheen’s threats. Instead, he says, she did “minimize her story, like many wives in a similar situation do, when they realize their husband could go to jail.”

Following Miss Mueller’s 9-1-1 call to Aspen police, the 32-year-old noted that her “Two and a Half Men” actor hubby also threatened to get her killed if she told anyone of the incident which took place at their Colorado home.

Meanwhile, Sheen has denied the knife-wielding claims, telling that he got into a spat with Mueller after he “shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman.”

While Charlie did confess that there were words exchanged followed by exchanged slaps on the arm – this doesn’t match up to Brooke’s claims that when she threatened Charlie with divorce, he proceeded to “grab her by the upper part of her throat while straddling her on the bed.”

She then told the officer that Sheen said, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you.’ Your mother’s money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won’t leave any trace.”

With Sheen being arrested for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief, Mueller said that she was able to escape further abuse by telling Sheen, “You’re right. You’re right. You’re right. I’m sorry. I love you.”

With all of the drama taking place on the homefront,  Charlie Sheen and  Brooke Mueller’s twin boys, Max and Bob, were dutifully being kept away from the domestic woes.

Spotted out on Saturday (December 26), the adorable tots were dressed in matching winter get-ups while enjoying a peaceful walk along the snowy streets of Aspen, Colorado.

As for Charlie and Brooke’s issues, the “Two and a Half Men” actor has already jetted back to Los Angeles upon being released from jail.

“Charlie went right back to Los Angeles after he was released from jail,” a source tells People magazine. “Both he and Brooke will undergo counseling and Charlie will get anger management counseling.”

Of the altercation, the insider dishes, “They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning. Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand.”

And while there have been reports of a divorce in the works, Sheen’s lawyer, Richard Cummins, claims that the two will work out their problems, telling, “They have two children together and they love one another and they’re going to work through what is a difficult time and they’re going to do that together and as privately as possible.”

Rumored to be dealing with a little sibling rivalry,  Kim Kardashian may not be getting her wish to be engaged to Reggie Bush this holiday season.

Tabloids reported that the E! reality beauty would’ve been getting a ring over Christmas, but sister Kourtney put an end to it.

One source says, “There’s always been underlying tension because Kourtney feels like she’s been playing second fiddle to Kim for so long. She was hoping that the last days of her pregnancy and the first few weeks with her newborn would be all about her.”

Adding, the source spilled, “Kourtney screamed at Reggie, ‘You can’t do this to me!’”

The insider continued, “Kourtney is extremely hormonal right now, and emotions got the best of her. Reggie was stunned and caught completely off-guard. Reggie doesn’t want to battle Kourtney, so he backed off to keep the peace.”

But that doesn’t mean there won’t be wedding bells anytime soon. “Now he’s planning on asking for Kim’s hand in marriage in early 2010, after Kourtney’s baby hubbub has died down.”

Always an interesting couple,  Randy and Evi Quaid have entered not guilty pleas relating to defrauding an Innkeeper in a Santa Barbara courtroom.

The strange couple was arraigned after being caught in Marfa, Texas during the weekend.

A bench warrant for the both of them had been issued after they did not appear in court. The warrant was then recalled and the couple was set loose – with a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 1.

The unusual couple has been in some strange situations, offering excuse after excuse of why they did not pay a huge hotel bill. In a letter to a California judge, Randy Quaid even mentioned Karl Rove hitting his wife.

While more details unravel about the death of  Brittany Murphy, a toxicology expert says that an accidental overdose “absolutely could have resulted in her untimely death.”

Leaked notes of an investigator of the coroner’s office showed that medications that were found in the 32 year-old’s bedroom.

“Absolutely, mixing a number of these drugs could have resulted in her death,” Dr. Bruce Goldberger, Professor and Director of Toxicology at the University of Florida College of Medicine said. “At the moment it is pointing towards an overdose or at least that will have to be ruled out by the autopsy or toxicology results.”

Toxicology tests of the actress won’t be released for a few more weeks.

Husband Simon Monjack said that his wife suffered from a heart murmur and she was not taking any meds for her congenital condition. He added she was only taking herbal tea, ginger and lemon before her death.

Though she did feel ill the day of her death, Goldberg says, “The fact that she had flu-like symptoms should not have put her at any great risk unless she was extremely dehydrated- although anorexia or bulimia could have put her at an increased risk of a cardiac arrest.”
