Moving on with his latest romantic conquest,  Jon Gosselin was spotted strolling around Park City, Utah with his new girlfriend, Morgan Christie, on Thursday afternoon (January 21).

In town for the Sundance Film Festival, the former TLC reality star dad met Miss Christie, 25, during a previous trip to Utah while the two were both out snowboarding along the scenic landscape.

Having been spotted out together in Washington DC earlier this week, a source told the tabloids of the new relationship,”Jon adores Morgan and is trying his best to keep her out of the spotlight while he tries to figure out his life.”

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Jon finalized his divorce with ex-wife Kate Gosselin back on December 18, 2009.

Reminder, just in case you thought it was 1995 because the headlines are about Charlie Sheen’s bad behavior, it’s actually 2010.

Both supposedly want out of their marriage—despite all the love ‘n’ stuff—for various reasons. Sheen is one of the highest paid sitcom stars aroud. If you were in Muellers’ shoes, would your prenup suffice? Then again, she doesn’t exactly have a spotless record, either. Oh, if only walls, or Denise Richards, could talk…

2. The Odd Couple: Not one to slink down the totem pole of douches dudes behaving shadily, Jon Gosselin blamed Hailey Glassman for trashing his (or their?) NYC apartment. The apparently over-it 22-year-old says all she did was take the TV and a few other things that belonged to her on her way out and did not leave the place torn asunder. Even though Hailey claims Jon pushed her during a fight and Jon’s attorney has threatened Hailey with jail, the mature, rational adults are currently trying to work out their differences.

3. Fallout Boy: Tiger Woods lost another multimillion-dollar sponsorship, his third since he crashed his clown car and 12 alleged girlfriends rolled out. But look on the bright side, Tiger: AT&T isn’t the only carrier with good unlimited-texting plans. (And for the record: Unfortunately, it was indeed Tiger Woods in Florida that night. He wasn’t in Arizona like that hoax email suggested.)

3. Schadenfreude: Rush Limbaugh was hospitalized after having chest pains while on vacation in Hawaii. Some of you actually rejoiced. Funny world we live in.

4. Bridge to Nowhere: The Palins and Johnstons are at it again. This time Bristol and Levi are battling over custody of their son Tripp.
5. Winter TV Wonderland: Life will go on after the demise of The Tyra Show. Watch With Kristin is counting down the top 10 can’t-miss season premieres coming your way in the new year. First, tell us what returning series you’re most excited about—Lost, American Idol, Damages, Ice Road Truckers…Then vote for your fave fabulous female on the small screen. The competition is heating up, and only one woman will be on top when all is said and done.

6. Bada-$#&@!: Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi had a few choice words—none of them printable—for Dominos Pizza, which pulled its ads from MTV’s Jersey Shore because of…well…the content of Jersey Shore.

7. Fairytale Ending: Turns out Taylor Swift won’t be riding off into the sunset on the back of Taylor Lautner’s white horse. Jude Law and Sienna Miller, not to mention Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli, may still have a chance, though.
8. Errata: New Moon was practically one big mistake. As was 17 Again, although you probably didn’t have to tell Matthew Perry that.

9. Malfeasance: The police chief involved in the break-in at SJP’s surrogate’s house got prison time…Mike Tyson was cleared in his November pap fracas…Roman Polanski is touched by all the support since his September arrest.

10. Celebrity Sublebrity attorneys—they’re just like us! In that they want this whole Jon Gosselin-Hailey Glassman mess to end as much as we do.

Hailey’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, told E! News that the Gosselin-Glassman brain trust plan to meet up in an attempt to put this whole jail-threatening, apartment-ransacking, disappearing-complaint business behind both them and the pop culture-consuming public before the matter moves to court.

“We are going to sit down together and try and resolve all of the outstanding issues,” Ovadia said. “This way both of them can move on. They are both young adults”—if you call a 32-year-old father of eight a young adult, that is—”and let them move on with their lives…they both have their own responsibilities they need to get to.”

Ovadia said that no date has yet been set for the summit, but that once the meeting gets penciled in, the time will be announced. All the better to ensure their maximum press coverage privacy, presumably.

“Hopefully the two of them will come to some resolve where they can move on. I would love to see it happen and make 2010 a new, happy year for everybody!”

After heading to a local tanning salon to touch up her skin tone, the TLC reality mom escorted daughter Cara off to an appointment at the dentist’s office.

While Kate seems to be doing her best to remain out of the spotlight at the moment, her ex-husband Jon has found himself involved in a legal back-and-forth with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman over a break-in at his NYC apartment over the weekend.

Denying any wrongdoing, Glassman’s attorney, Anand Ahuja, boldly stated: “Somebody is trying to frame my client.”

Of claims by the Gosselin camp that Miss Glassman left a note pinned to his dresser with a butcher knife, Hailey’s other attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, tells People magazine:  “I don’t know anything about any note and I can’t confirm it at this time. This appears to be a publicity stunt.”

If Jon Gosselin was on the naughty list this year, a lump of coal really would have sufficed.

The former reality dad’s fun-filled holiday weekend was cut short after he returned home Saturday to find his New York City apartment vandalized. “Jon Gosselin called me this afternoon on the occasion when he entered his apartment in Manhattan and was horrified, disheartened and saddened to observe the devastation of his furniture, clothing and personal belongings, which were apparently slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator,” his attorney, Mark Jay Heller, tells E! News.

Gosselin is not taking the break-in lightly. Heller tells us the New York City Police Department investigated the ransacking, collecting fingerprints and a handwritten note that had been “affixed to Jon’s bedroom dresser by a butcher knife.”

And Gosselin and his representation have big plans for the author of the nasty note.

“The note will be forensically analyzed by a handwriting expert,” says Heller. “At this time, I will not release the contents of the note or the signatory; however, both Jon and I have determined that the perpetrator must be vigorously prosecuted on felony charges.”

The NYPD confirms the claims, explaining that they have investigated a complaint of criminal mischief, which is defined as any kind of damage to property, but have no suspects at this time.

In addition to an irreplaceable 100-year-old Ming vase, Gosselin’s clothing, sheets, luggage and furniture were found slashed throughout the apartment. However, Heller explains that it’s the emotional aftermath impacting the former TLC star the most.

“The greatest damage from this vicious, mean-spirited and heartless crime was perpetrated not on Jon’s property and possessions, but on Jon Gosselin himself, who experienced a traumatic, emotional, roller coaster ride having just shared a joyful family gathering with his children.” Continues Heller, Gosselin “was devastated by such a cruel and cold-blooded act that was apparently intended to cut to his heart.”

Hurt feelings aside, Gosselin reported multiple objects missing from his dwelling as well, including a television, Nintendo Wii, CD player and several kitchen appliances.

According to a report, the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” couple’s nuptials will be dissolved within 24 hours, with the final decree being issued either later today or tomorrow.

In related news, Jon’s recent handgun possession photos have caused a judge to order him to remove any and all firearms from his marital property.

Additionally, Jon is being sued by a former lawyer for non-payment of fees as well as the TLC network for breach of contract.
